When you send a project inquiry, we collect the contact, company, target-market, product, quantity and requirement information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may also create routine security and access logs such as IP address, browser type and request time.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess your OEM or ODM request, recommend an oven platform, prepare a quotation, coordinate samples and production, answer questions, protect the website and maintain business records.

Who receives it

Information is shared only with team members and service providers who need it for inquiry handling, project evaluation, website hosting or legal compliance. We do not sell inquiry data.

International handling

LINDENCOOK supports global buyers from a manufacturing base in Foshan, China. Your inquiry may therefore be processed in China and in the countries where relevant service providers operate.

Retention and choices

We retain project records only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, commercial records, quality traceability or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your submitted information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
