The setpoint is only one number

An oven display reports a target or a sensor reading at one location. It does not describe the temperature at every rack position. Air movement, heater layout, cavity geometry, load size and door opening can all change the thermal field. A useful B2B comparison therefore needs multi-point data, not a photograph of one thermometer.

Define a repeatable map

Agree the operating mode, setpoint, preheat rule, rack positions, sensor locations, load condition and recording interval before testing. Record the full warm-up and steady-state trace. Compare the average temperature, hottest and coolest positions, overshoot, cycling range and recovery after a defined door opening. Repeat the test on more than one unit when the decision is important.

Ask for evidence you can compare

A supplier report should identify the model revision, rated voltage and frequency, ambient conditions, sensor type and calibration status, exact probe positions, operating mode and raw time-series data. Results without these conditions are difficult to reproduce and should not be used as a precise supplier ranking.
